control center, card readers,
deadbolts and an infrared door-opening
sensor. |

Automated
security system
All people accessing the building
must swipe a security card, effectively
screening out trespassers and
recording all entries to ensure
the security of residents. Irregular
access or damage to the control
system will trigger an alarm;
security personnel will have sufficient
time to press the 'police button'. |

|

|
Automated
central computer system
All surveillance systems are wired
to the central computer system
for constant surveillance of fire
equipment, generators, public
lighting, water towers, water
level sensors and air-conditioning.
During an emergency, the computer
system immediately sends out an
alarm indicating the incident
site so security can respond immediately. |
