Asia Plaza Profile

Asia Plaza, located at the hub of the Neihu Technology Park, occupies 4,265 ping of land. It is the largest development project in Neihu Park funded by the most foreign investment ever in Taiwan's business property industry.

Asia Plaza complex will include three towers of business offices - Towers A, B and C - bordering on a large open square with roads on all four sides to offer logistic convenience. As a strategically located high-tech landmark, Asia Plaza will not only offer state-of-the-art facilities, but its natural lighting and expansive views of its botanical garden and surroundings will also compliment the building's architectural splendor. Restaurants and coffee shops will be interspersed in each of the towers to add comfort and leisure for after-business activities. A round-the-clock security network will ensure that all companies operate without security concerns.

In the third quarter of 2006, CLSA Capital Partners, an affiliate of the world's fifth-largest bank, Credit Agricole of France, became an investor in Asia Plaza. In order to make this building a new landmark in the Neihu Technology Park, CLSA worked with a team of renowned architects, design firms to meet the needs of the most demanding tenants. In addition, CLSA has also engaged the services of renowned CB Richard Ellis to handle marketing; the team of property management professionals will provide international grade services to tenants, enabling them reach their full potential.


Neihu Technology Park Profile

Neihu Technology Park was the first planned industrial park to be funded by private investments in Taiwan. Completed in February 1995, 90 percent of its 149.72 hectares of land has already been utilized with 81.95 hectares dedicated to industrial use. Its core industries focus on high value-added sectors including IT, communications and biotechnology, covering R&D, marketing and other services.

In January 2006, 2,818 companies were registered in Neihu Technology Park. With over 100,000 workers, the park has become a technology logistics center for the Asia-Pacific region. The park is expected to achieve an annual turnover of NT $1.5 trillion in the near future.

Technology industries have clustered in the park, and a Metro Rail Transit (MRT) line will soon link Neihu Technology Park and Nangang Software Park with Songshan Airport. As more local and foreign business set up in Neihu Technology Park, this park will become a logistics hub serving Asia Pacific.
